[Anyone passing by 1125 Taylor might notice the front door is half open and there sun reflects off of something thick and red dripping slowly down it.

[Sakuya's out running some household errands when she happens to pass by 1125 Taylor. It's the sight of that red substance dripping down the door that catches her eye - especially since this is the only place in town that's having such a thing happen, at least to her knowledge. She's not squeamish about blood, not in the least, and call it morbid curiosity that compels her to set down her shopping bags in a neat pile on the sidewalk and approach slowly. She doesn't have a knife out just yet, but her right hand hovers over where she keeps them, ready to pull one out at a moment's notice.]

They stay dead for a day. They'll be back tomorrow.

[When Sakuya gets close, she can see that the substance is indeed blood or a very realistic facsimile. There door shows a spray of it across the white paint and the floor has a pool. It's still fairly fresh, though there's no body in sight, but the blood goes into the house.

[The words 'leave well enough alone' are hardly in Sakuya's vocabulary, not right now. Instead, she approaches, touching a bit of that spray - definitely feels and smells like blood to her senses. She calls out - a simple 'Is everything all right?' and pushes the door open a bit, looking around.]

[There's no response to that call, though the pool of blood shows that something had been dragged through it - most likely the body of the one it belonged to. The amount of blood is far too much for someone to have lost and survived.

A bit farther inside is a dark shape laying on the floor, the blood trail leading to it. It's not going to take a genius to figure out what that is, though something seems very off about it. One can't quite put their finger on it right then.]

She - it - l-lost an arm. Lots of... um. Blood.

[It's so hard for her to disassociate that this drone was more of a thing right then than a person. Her 'mother' nonetheless with old, old memories popping back up.]

[It would be best for her to see for herself, fortunately she was at 95% so getting to Marisa was very simple and extremely quick. She put the phone down without saying anything and the next moment she was behind the girl.]

I didn't do anything! I don't know what happened! All I did was shover her hand off my shoulder when she tried to stop me from leaving the house.

And then blood. So much blood...
