Can Marisa steal your stuff?: Sure, but stealing the Nietono no Shana, or any of Shana's other treasure tools is very dangerous.
Can Marisa learn your spells/magic?: Quite possibly! Unrestricted method requires a lot of energy but if she can provide that it would be neat.
