[He sighs. He might as well show her. She knew before, and, well, she's one of the only people he knows in town who might appreciate it.

He takes the key from his pocket and opens the door. Inside is a library and shelves lined with some mason jars and tins. When she looks in, she can tell they're spell books and spell components.]

[taking a book down off the shelf at random and plopping down somewhere to read. She'll got for a chair first, but the floor would work just as well.]

[There's a large armchair for her to use, as well as Theo's desk chair. Marisa is probably one of the only people he'd let do this. He'll grab a book himself, and sit down at his desk.

He's got spell books on everything, and some hard hundreds of years old and most are quite rare. It's a great collection.]

Marisa might find magic from his world to be pretty involved and tedious sometimes, though. It's a wonder anyone can cast it.]
