[Marisa's not exactly sounding like herself today. In fact, she sounds a little freaked out though her voice is quiet.]

I can see ghosts but that's not what I'm saying. I can see how to kill people, things, anything that exists. Even if they can't die, I can still see how to kill them.

My sister somehow brought me back to life by giving me some of her life. But it was the getting killed but surviving part that made me have this power.

Then tell me about that cause that is a hell of a lot more important to me than you having died once and coming back to life with an ability to see death, ze.

Sometimes I get really intense. If I'm about to die or someone I'm close to is about to....or if I feel like I really have to kill someone. When that happens, everyone around me probably feels like they're going to be killed by me. It's that kind of aura. I don't really mean to do something like that but my original family was a family of assassins. It's just burned in my blood as an instinct.

[She thinks about this for a moment, sipping her beer, with an unreadable expression. She's still hanging onto the fact that Alice loves him and trusts him.]

I don't like killing but the feeling of 'you will definitely die' is scary. But Alice knows I would never do anything to her, intentionally or unintentionally.
